3. Setup
3.1 DC Input Connection
Connect the inverter to your 12V DC battery bank using appropriate cables. For optimal performance and safety, 1/0 AWG (American Wire Gauge) cables are recommended for this 3000 Watt inverter. Ensure connections are tight and secure.
- Batanidza iyo tsvuku cable ku zvakanaka (+) terminal of the inverter and the positive terminal of the battery.
- Batanidza iyo nhema cable ku zvisina kunaka (-) terminal of the inverter and the negative terminal of the battery.
- Ita shuwa kuti materminals ebhatiri akachena uye haana ngura.

3.2 AC Output Connection
The inverter provides two GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) AC outlets and an AC terminal block for direct wiring.
- GFCI Zvitengesi: Plug your 120V AC appliances directly into the GFCI outlets. Each outlet can handle up to 1500 watts.
- AC Terminal Block: For applications requiring the full 3000 watts to a single source, use the AC terminal block for hardwiring. Consult a qualified electrician for hardwired installations.
- Iva nechokwadi chekuti wat yakazaratage of connected appliances does not exceed the inverter's continuous power rating.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Kubatidza/Kudzima
After connecting the inverter to the battery and desired AC loads, use the ON/OFF switch located on the front panel to power the unit.
- Kutendeuka ON: Flip the switch to the 'ON' position. The green LED indicator will illuminate, and the digital display will show operational information.
- Kutendeuka DZIMA: Flip the switch to the 'OFF' position. The inverter will power down.
4.2 Monitoring Display
The digital display and LED indicators provide real-time information about the inverter's status and performance (refer to Figure 3.2).
- Dhijitari Display: Shows VDC (input voltage), ADC (input current), and Power out (KW). Use the 'Function' button to cycle through these readings.
- Zviratidzo zve LED:
- Green: VDC in (normal operation).
- Red: ADC in (current draw).
- Orange: Power out (KW).
- Not lit: Fault info (indicates a fault condition).
- Optional Remote: An optional remote panel (Part # REMOTEHF) can be connected to the 'Remote' port for convenient control and monitoring from a distance.
5. Kuchengeta
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your AIMS Power Inverter.
- Kuchenesa: Nguva nenguva chenesai kunze kweinverter nejira rakaoma. Iva nechokwadi chekuti maburi emhepo haana guruva kana marara.
- Connections: Regularly check all DC and AC connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Loose connections can cause overheating and poor performance.
- Hutano hweBhatiri: Monitor your battery bank's health. A well-maintained battery ensures optimal inverter performance.
- Environment: Ensure the inverter remains in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
