- Vharuvhu Yekuzadza Yakachengeteka: From the underside of the tank, hand-tighten the new lock nut onto the fill valve shank. Do not overtighten.
- Connect Water Supply Line: Reconnect the water supply line to the new fill valve's shank. Hand-tighten, then use an adjustable wrench for a final quarter-turn. Do not overtighten.
- Attach Refill Tube: Connect the refill tube from the fill valve to the overflow pipe in the toilet tank. Ensure it is securely attached and positioned above the water level.

- Flush the toilet after each adjustment to observe the new water level. Repeat until the desired water level is achieved, typically about 1 inch below the top of the overflow pipe.
