The BEEPER XR5-TX1 is a universal car alarm system designed to provide enhanced security for your vehicle. This system utilizes RFID radio transmission for communication between its components, simplifying installation and ensuring reliable operation. It is 100% universal and compatible with multiplex systems, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles.

The BEEPER XR5-TX1 system includes the following main components:

  • Siren Unit: The central unit and alarm sounder.
  • Kudzora Kure (x2): For arming/disarming the alarm and other functions.
  • Infrasonic Sensor: Detects changes in air pressure within the vehicle.

4. Setup uye Kuiswa

Installation of the BEEPER XR5-TX1 is designed to be straightforward and typically takes around 15 minutes. Follow these steps:

  1. Connect the Siren Unit: The siren unit requires only two connections: a red wire to the 12V permanent positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery and a black wire to the negative (-) or ground terminal of the vehicle battery.
  2. Position the Infrasonic Sensor: Place the infrasonic sensor into the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. This sensor connects wirelessly to the main siren unit.

Ensure all connections are secure and the siren unit is mounted in a safe, discreet location within the engine bay or vehicle interior.

5. Kushanda

The BEEPER XR5-TX1 offers both manual and automatic operation modes.

5.1 Remote Control Mabasa

The two included remote controls allow for manual control of the alarm system.

  • Activation / Deactivation: Use the designated buttons to manually arm or disarm the alarm.
  • Panic Mode: A dedicated button on the remote can trigger the alarm instantly in an emergency.

5.2 Automatic Activation (Hands-Free Access)

The system can automatically arm and disarm based on the proximity of the remote control:

  • Kudzivirira: The alarm will automatically arm within 30 seconds when the remote control moves approximately 15 to 20 meters away from the vehicle.
  • Kubvisa zvombo: The alarm will automatically disarm when the remote control is within approximately 10 meters of the vehicle.

5.3 Infrasonic Sensor Operation

The infrasonic sensor detects changes in air pressure inside the vehicle, such as when a door is opened or a window is broken. This sensor is wirelessly connected to the main unit.

  • Activation/Deactivation: The sensor can be individually activated or deactivated.
  • Sensitivity Adjustment: The sensitivity of the infrasonic sensor can be adjusted to suit your preference and environment.

To ensure optimal performance of your BEEPER XR5-TX1 alarm system, consider the following maintenance points:

  • Remote Control Battery: The remote controls are powered by two CR2032 flat batteries (included). Replace them when the remote's range or responsiveness decreases.
  • Infrasonic Sensor Charging: The infrasonic sensor recharges via the cigarette lighter socket. It has an autonomy of approximately 6 days when not connected to the cigarette lighter. Ensure it is periodically charged to maintain its functionality.
