This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Chieftec HC-10B-OP Computer Case. 2. Safety Information

Locate the thumbscrews or standard screws on the rear of the case securing the side panels. Remove these screws and carefully slide the side panels backward, then lift them off.

3.4 Drive Installation (HDD/SSD)

The case features drive bays for storage devices. Refer to the internal layout for specific bay locations.

  1. For 3.5" HDDs, slide the drive into the designated bay and secure it with screws or tool-less mechanisms if available.
  2. For 2.5" SSDs, use an adapter bracket if necessary, then secure it in a 3.5" bay or dedicated 2.5" bay.

  2. Align the screw holes and secure the power supply with screws from the exterior rear of the case.

3.7 Cable Management

Route power and data cables neatly to improve airflow and aesthetics. Utilize cable tie-down points and the space behind the motherboard tray if available.

4. Operating Instructions

Connect the power cable to the power supply and a wall outlet. Press the power button located on the front panel of the case to turn on your computer. To turn off, use the operating system's shutdown function or press and hold the power button for several seconds.

4.2 Front Panel Connections

The front panel provides convenient access to:
