This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Chieftec HC-10B-OP Computer Case. Please read this manual thoroughly before beginning installation to ensure proper setup and to maximize the lifespan of your components. This computer case is designed to house Mini ATX motherboards and associated components.
2. Safety Information

3.4 Drive Installation (HDD/SSD)
The case features drive bays for storage devices. Refer to the internal layout for specific bay locations.
- For 3.5" HDDs, slide the drive into the designated bay and secure it with screws or tool-less mechanisms if available.
- For 2.5" SSDs, use an adapter bracket if necessary, then secure it in a 3.5" bay or dedicated 2.5" bay.

The Chieftec HC-10B-OP supports a rear-mount power supply.
- Slide the power supply into the designated mounting area at the rear of the case.
- Align the screw holes and secure the power supply with screws from the exterior rear of the case.

Remove the necessary PCI slot covers from the rear of the case. Insert your expansion card (e.g., graphics card) into the corresponding motherboard slot and secure it with a screw or retention clip.

3.7 Cable Management
Route power and data cables neatly to improve airflow and aesthetics. Utilize cable tie-down points and the space behind the motherboard tray if available.
4. Operating Instructions

Connect the power cable to the power supply and a wall outlet. Press the power button located on the front panel of the case to turn on your computer. To turn off, use the operating system's shutdown function or press and hold the power button for several seconds.

4.2 Front Panel Connections
The front panel provides convenient access to:
- USB 2.0 Ports: Two USB 2.0 ports are available for connecting peripherals.
