1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring for accurate readings.
2. Ensure your feet are clean and dry. Step onto the scale barefoot, positioning your feet on the four metal electrodes.
3. Stand still until the digital numbers stabilize. The scale will first display your weight, then flashing zeros while analyzing your body composition.
4. The app will automatically sync your measurements. You can view your detailed health report in the app.

To change the unit of measurement (pounds or kilograms), use the small button located inside the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Alternatively, you can change this preference within the FitTrack app by navigating to "Me" and selecting your preferred unit.
