Basic Vacuum Sealing Process:

  1. Gadzirira Bag: Place your food item into a vacuum chamber pouch. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean and dry.
  2. Position the Bag: Lay the open end of the bag flat across the seal bar inside the chamber. Ensure the contents of the bag are entirely within the chamber and do not extend over the seal bar. For liquids, ensure the bag is positioned to prevent spills into the vacuum pump during the process.
  3. Rongedza Settings: Use the 'SET' button and arrow keys on the control panel to adjust the vacuum time, seal time, and cooling time according to your product and bag type. The pressure indicator provides real-time feedback.
