5. Setup uye Operation

5.1 Attaching and Detaching Blades

  1. Select the appropriate blade for your task from the storage case.
  2. Align the base of the chosen blade with the opening in the removable handle.
  3. Insert the blade firmly into the handle until it clicks securely into place. Ensure there is no wobble.
  4. To detach, press the release mechanism (if present, or pull firmly) on the handle while pulling the blade out.

5.2 Using the Electroprobe (Voltage Tester)

The electroprobe is designed for basic voltage detection. It is not a substitute for a multimeter or other professional testing equipment.

  1. Hold the electroprobe by its insulated handle.
  2. Place the metal tip of the electroprobe onto the conductor or terminal you wish to test.
  3. Observe the indicator light within the handle. If voltage is present, the light will illuminate.
  4. Always test the electroprobe on a known live circuit before and after use to ensure it is functioning correctly.

5.3 General Screwdriver Use

  • Ensure the selected blade matches the screw head type and size to prevent damage to the screw or blade.
  • Apply firm, steady pressure while turning the screwdriver to engage the screw head properly.
  • For electrical work, always confirm the circuit is de-energized or use extreme caution, relying on the insulation for protection up to 1000V.
