  1. Ensure your smartphone's Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to a 2.4GHz network. The scale requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection for smart features.
  2. Open the MOBI Smart app and create an account or log in.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. Select the Body Composition Scale from the device list.
  4. The app will guide you through the pairing process, which typically involves pressing a button on the scale to initiate Wi-Fi connection.
  5. Once successfully paired, your scale will appear in the app's device list.

Note: Some users may experience difficulty with Wi-Fi pairing, especially in environments with multiple access points or 5GHz networks. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network during the initial setup. If issues persist, try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router.

Operating Instruction

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Step onto the scale with bare feet. The display will show your weight. Step off the scale, and the reading will stabilize. For accurate body composition analysis, ensure your feet are properly positioned on the electrodes.

The scale supports multiple units of measurement (pounds, kilograms, stones). A button on the underside of the scale allows you to toggle between these units. Press the button to select your preferred unit.

3. Using the MOBI Smart App

4. Multiple User Profiles

The MOBI Smart app allows you to create up to 10 separate profiles, enabling multiple family members or friends to track their individual health data. Each user's data is stored separately within their profile.

5. Progress Tracking and Sharing

The app provides daily, weekly, and monthly charts to visualize your progress. You can set personal goals and share your body measurement information with others for accountability or motivation.

To ensure the longevity and accuracy of your scale:
