4. Setup
4.1 Kuiswa
Place the dehumidifier on a level, stable surface in the area requiring dehumidification. Ensure adequate space around the unit (at least 12 inches) for proper air circulation. This unit is specifically designed for environments such as crawl spaces and basements.

4.2 Drainage Sarudzo
The Sandidry 55C offers two methods for continuous drainage:
- Gravity Drainage: For this method, connect the provided 6.5 ft gravity drain hose to the unit's drainage outlet. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to a suitable drain or collection point, allowing water to flow out by gravity.
- Kudhonza Pombi: Utilize the integrated pump for draining water to a higher or more distant location. Connect the provided 19.6 ft pump drain hose to the pump outlet. The pump can lift water up to 19.6 ft vertically.

4.3 Kutanga Simba-Kubatidza
Once the unit is placed and drainage is set up, plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The unit is now ready for operation.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel
The control panel allows you to manage the dehumidifier's settings and monitor its status.

5.2 Mashandiro Modes
- Auto Operation: The unit automatically adjusts its operation based on the set humidity level.
- Auto Defrost: The unit features an automatic defrost function to prevent ice buildup on the coils, ensuring efficient operation in low temperatures.
- Continuous Mode: The dehumidifier will operate continuously regardless of the humidity level until manually turned off.
- Kutanga Kwekurangarira: The unit will resume operation with the last settings used after a power interruption.
5.3 Setting Humidity Levels
