This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Sannwsg 10x20 Heavy Duty Carport Canopy. Please read this manual thoroughly before beginning assembly or use to ensure proper setup and safe operation. Retain this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information
Always prioritize safety during assembly and use. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Gungano: Always assemble with at least 2-3 people. Wear appropriate safety gear, such as gloves.
- Nzvimbo: Choose a level, clear area for installation, away from overhead power lines or structures.
- Anchoring: Securely anchor the carport to the ground using all provided stakes, ropes, and sandbags to prevent wind uplift. Additional anchoring may be required in high-wind areas.
- Mamiriro ekunze: This carport is designed for all-season use but is not indestructible. In anticipation of severe weather (heavy snow, strong winds, hail, storms), it is recommended to remove the canopy cover or dismantle the structure to prevent damage. Regularly clear snow accumulation from the roof.
- Kuongorora: Periodically inspect all connections, ropes, and the canopy cover for wear or damage. Replace worn components immediately.
3. Chigadzirwa Pamusoroview
The Sannwsg 10x20 Heavy Duty Carport Canopy provides a robust and versatile shelter solution. It features a durable steel frame and a weather-resistant tarp cover.
Zvinokosha:
- Durable Simbi Frame: Constructed from powder-coated steel (1.5" wide, 1.65" diameter connectors) to resist chipping, peeling, rust, and corrosion. Features a reinforced top triangle structure for enhanced stability.
- Roll-up Ventilation Windows: Equipped with 2 mesh windows on each sidewall to promote air circulation and prevent moisture buildup.
- All-Season Tarp Cover: Designed for waterproof, sun protection (UV resistant), and pressure resistance.
- Enhanced Stability: Includes thickened base plates, extra ground stakes, and windproof weighted sandbags for secure anchoring.

Components (Packing List):
Verify that all components listed below are present before beginning assembly. Refer to the packing list image for visual identification.

4. Mirayiridzo yeGungano
Assembly typically requires 2-3 people and can be completed in approximately 2 hours. Follow the steps carefully.
Nhanho-ne-Nhanho Gungano:
- Unpack uye Ziva Zvikamu: Lay out all components and verify against the packing list (Figure 3). Separate poles by length and connectors by type.
- Unganidza Base Frame: Connect the bottom horizontal poles using the appropriate connectors to form the rectangular base of the carport.
- Isa Vertical Legs: Attach the vertical leg poles to the base frame connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Gadzira Roof Frame: Assemble the roof frame structure, including the reinforced top triangle beams, by connecting the upper horizontal and angled poles with the remaining connectors. Refer to the frame diagram (Figure 4).
- Attach Roof Frame to Legs: With assistance, carefully lift the assembled roof frame and attach it to the top of the vertical leg poles. Secure all connections.
- Install the Canopy Cover: Drape the main tarp cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
- Batanidza Sidewalls: Secure the sidewalls to the frame using the integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro, bungee cords). Ensure the roll-up windows are correctly positioned.
- Simbisa Carport: Use the provided ground stakes to secure the base plates of each leg to the ground. Attach ropes/bindings to designated points on the frame and secure them to additional ground stakes. Fill and attach the windproof weighted sandbags to the base of the carport legs for added stability.
- Macheki ekupedzisira: Double-check all connections for tightness and ensure the cover is taut to prevent water pooling.

5. Operating Instructions
Rongedza Windows:
The carport features mesh windows on the sidewalls for ventilation. To open, unfasten the securing straps or Velcro and roll the window panel upwards. Secure it in the rolled-up position using the attached ties. To close, unroll the panel and fasten it securely.

Securing the Carport:
- Ground Anchoring: Ensure all ground stakes are fully inserted and ropes are taut.
- Sandbags: Keep the provided sandbags filled and attached to the base of the legs to add weight and prevent movement.
- Wind Straps: In windy conditions, ensure any additional wind straps (if provided or purchased separately) are properly installed over the roof and secured to the ground.
Mamiriro ekunze:
- Mhepo: Always ensure the carport is fully anchored. If extreme winds are forecasted, consider temporarily removing the canopy cover or dismantling the structure.
- Sinou Regularly remove snow accumulation from the roof to prevent structural collapse. Do not allow heavy snow loads to remain on the canopy.

6. Kuchengeta
Regular maintenance will extend the lifespan of your carport.
- Kuchenesa: Clean the canopy cover periodically with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes that could damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Inspection: Annually inspect the steel frame for any signs of rust, bending, or damage. Touch up any chipped paint on the powder-coated frame to prevent rust.
- Macheki ekubatanidza: Regularly check all pole connections, bolts, and anchoring points (stakes, ropes, sandbags) to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Cover Inspection: Inspect the tarp cover for tears, punctures, or excessive wear. Small repairs can be made with appropriate patch kits. Replace severely damaged covers.
7. Kugadzirisa matambudziko

- Issue: Carport unstable in wind.
Solution: Ensure all ground stakes are fully inserted and ropes are taut. Verify sandbags are filled and attached. Consider adding additional anchoring methods or ratchet straps for increased security. If winds are severe, temporarily remove the canopy cover. - Issue: Water pooling on the roof.
Solution: Ensure the frame is assembled correctly and the cover is taut. Adjust ropes or frame connections to create proper tension and slope for water runoff. - Issue: Leaks from the canopy cover.
Solution: Inspect the cover for small tears or punctures. Apply a waterproof sealant or patch kit to affected areas. Ensure all seams are properly sealed. - Issue: Difficulty rolling up doors/windows.
Solution: Check for obstructions or misalignment. Ensure the fabric is not caught in fasteners. - Issue: Frame bending or collapsing under snow.
Solution: This carport is not designed for heavy snow loads. Immediately remove snow accumulation from the roof. If heavy snowfall is expected, it is recommended to dismantle the carport.
