2. Setup Guide

2.1 Kutanga Setup

  1. Power On: Connect the AC adapter to the frame and a power outlet. The frame will automatically power on.
  2. Attach Stand: Securely attach the included stand to the back of the frame for desktop display, or use the wall-mountable option if preferred.
  3. Kubatanidza Wi-Fi: Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the frame to your local Wi-Fi network. A stable internet connection is required for cloud features.

2.2 Biuframe App Installation and Configuration

The Biuframe app allows you to manage and share photos and videos with your digital picture frame from anywhere.

  1. Dhaunirodha App: Download the "Biuframe" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
  2. Gadzira Akaundi: Open the app and create a new user account.
  3. Connect Frame: Follow the in-app instructions to connect your digital picture frame to your Biuframe account using the unique frame ID displayed on the frame.
  4. Invite Users: You can invite up to 20 accounts to share photos and videos with your frame. Share your frame's unique ID with family and friends, and they can add it to their Biuframe app.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Uploading Content

You can upload photos and videos to your frame using several methods:

  • Biuframe App: Use the app to select and send photos/videos (max 15 seconds for videos) directly from your smartphone.
  • Email: The frame has a unique email address. You can send photos directly to this email address, and they will appear on the frame.
  • SD Card/USB Drive: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 512GB) or a USB drive into the designated slot on the frame to transfer media.
