5.4. Retaining Original Car Functions

The system supports your factory reverse/front/360 camera and parking radar. It also supports aftermarket reverse/front/360 cameras (AHD 720P / 1080P) and front view camera DVRs with dynamic guidance lines.

  • When reversing, the camera will activate automatically.
  • For original backup cameras, select "Factory Camera" in the settings.
  • For aftermarket cameras, ensure proper wiring:
    • Automatic Transmission: Connect reverse camera wiring.
    • Manual Transmission: Connect reversing detection line to the car taillight 12V power supply.

6. Sound Configuration

To ensure audio output from the Carplay/Android Auto system, your car's AUX input must be correctly configured.

Method 1: Setting AUX via Multimedia Interface

  1. Disconnect Bluetooth between your phone and your car's original system.
  2. Enter the car's "Multimedia" interface.
  3. Select "AUX".
