Carefully unpack all items from the box. Verify that all components are present:

2. Kuchaja Printer

For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the printer before first use. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the printer and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).

3. Pepa Loading

  2. Insert the sticker paper roll with the printing side facing down.
  3. Ensure the paper is properly aligned and extends slightly out of the printing slot.

  1. Download the 'Snap & Tag' app from your mobile app store (available on Google Play and Apple App Store).
  2. Turn on the printer by pressing the power button. The indicator light will illuminate.
  3. Open the 'Snap & Tag' app on your smartphone.
  4. Within the app, navigate to the device connection settings and connect to the S002 printer via Bluetooth. Do not connect via your phone's general Bluetooth settings; connect directly through the app.

Operating Instruction

1. Kudhinda Kwepakutanga

Once connected, you can select various printing options within the 'Snap & Tag' app:

  • Paper Editing: Create custom text, add images, or design unique layouts.
  • Template Printing: Utilize pre-designed templates for notes, labels, or decorative stickers.
  • Picture Printing: Print images directly from your phone's gallery.
  • Web Kudhinda: Print content from web mapeji.

After designing or selecting your content, tap the 'Print' button in the app. The printer will begin printing at a speed of up to 20 mm/s.

2. Printing Quality and Types

The ORGSTA S002 features 300 DPI high-resolution thermal printing, ensuring clear and stable outputs. It supports various sticker paper types, including clear, semi-transparent, gold glitter, and silver, with a maximum print width of 2.24 inches (57 mm).

  • Study Notes: Print diagrams, flashcards, and excerpts for academic purposes.
  • DIY Stickers: Create personalized stickers for journals, crafts, or decoration.
  • Labels: Organize items at home or in the office with custom labels.

Maintenance

1. Kuchenesa Musoro Wekudhinda

To maintain print quality, regularly clean the print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Ensure the printer is turned off and cool before cleaning.

2. Kuchengetera Mapepa

Store thermal paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent discoloration and degradation of print quality over time.

3. Battery Care

The printer contains a built-in 1000mAh Lithium Ion battery. To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently and store the device with a partial charge if not used for extended periods.

  • Haikwanise Kubatana neBluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that you are connecting through the 'Snap & Tag' app, not your phone's system settings. Restart both the printer and your phone, then try again.
  • Hunhu Husina Kudhinda: Check if the paper roll is inserted correctly with the printing side facing down. Clean the print head as described in the Maintenance section. Ensure the paper is suitable for thermal printing.
  • Pepa Jam: Turn off the printer, open the cover, and carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure the paper roll is correctly seated and not too tight or loose.
  • App Haisi Kupindura: Close and restart the 'Snap & Tag' app. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.
