The BOTSLAB V9H is a versatile 4K 20MP camera designed for dual use as both an action camera and a dash cam. It features Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) for smooth footage, a 170° wide-angle lens, and comes with a 64GB SD card. 2. Setup uye Kuiswa
2.1 Dash Cam Kuiswa
For dash cam functionality, the main camera unit is used without the battery compartment. Follow these steps for installation:
- Isa Memory Card: Insert the provided 64GB Micro SD card into the side slot of the dash cam unit. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Apply Static Sticker: Clean the desired area on your front windshield. Apply the static sticker to this position. This protects your windshield and allows for easy removal.
- Attach Car Mount: Peel the adhesive backing from the car mount and firmly attach it to the static sticker on the windshield.
- Secure Dash Cam: Secure the dash cam unit to the car mount. Adjust the angle using the mount knob to ensure a clear view yemugwagwa.
- Route Power Cable: Carefully route the power cable along the windshield, tucking it into the A-pillar trim using the provided install lever bar. Reinstall the seal.

2.2 Action Cam Assembly (Cycling/Hiking)
For action camera use, the main unit attaches to the battery compartment. The accessory package includes various mounts for different activities.
2.2.1 Cycling Setup
- Attach Battery Compartment: Press the removal buttons on both sides of the battery compartment and attach it to the main camera unit until it clicks securely.
- Sarudza Adapter: The accessory package includes two adapters. Choose the appropriate one based on your mounting needs.
- Connect to Mount: Connect the camera unit (with battery compartment) to the chosen mount adapter and tighten it.

- Attach to Handlebar: Use the knob to attach the large clip or bike clip to the bicycle handlebar. Secure the clip to the handlebar using the bottom knob.

- Attach Battery Compartment: Press the removal buttons on both sides of the battery compartment and attach it to the main camera unit until it clicks securely.
- Choose Base: The accessory package includes a base, three-way mount, and J-shaped base for installation. Choose the appropriate base.
- Attach to Chest Strap: Choose the appropriate base and attach it to the chest strap.
- Mount Action Cam: Mount the action cam onto the base.
- Use Backpack Clip: Alternatively, mount the action cam onto the backpack clip. Use the wrench to tighten the bolts. Rotate the backpack clip to the appropriate angle to complete the installation.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off and Screen Control
- Power On: Press the middle button on the camera unit.
- Power Off: Hold the middle button for 3 seconds.
- Chinja Zvikirini: When the battery compartment is attached (dual-screen mode), long press the first button on the left side of the screen (with the lit screen as a reference) for 3 seconds to switch between the front and rear screens.
- Change Modes (Action Cam): Tap the left button to cycle through shooting modes (Normal Video, Slow Motion, Normal Photo, Timed Photo, Burst Photo, Interval Photo).
- Take Video/Photo: Tap the right button to start/stop video recording or take a photo.
- Settings: Tap the middle button to access settings.
3.2 Action Cam Functions
The BOTSLAB V9H offers various shooting modes for action camera use:

- Slow Motion: Records video in slow motion. Clips are saved every 20 minutes for long recordings.
- Normal Photo: Captures single still images.
- Mufananidzo Resolution: Choose from 20MP (5888*3312), 16MP (5376*3024), 12MP (4640*2610), 8MP (3840*2160), or 5MP (3200*1800).
- Image Parameter: Set ISO, exposure, saturation, and contrast according to the environment.
- Timed Photo: Captures a photo after a delay of 3, 5, or 10 seconds.
- Burst Photo: Captures 3, 5, 10, or 20 continuous shots in one go.
- Interval Photo: Takes photos at set intervals of 3 seconds, 10 seconds, 5 minutes, or 15 minutes.
3.3 Dash Cam Functions
When the battery is removed and the unit is powered via the car charger, the V9H operates as a dash cam. It automatically starts recording when powered on.
- Automatic Recording: The dash cam begins recording automatically when the vehicle starts.
