4. Setup

4.1. Kuchaja Chishandiso

Before initial use, fully charge the printer using the provided USB charging cable. The charging port is located on the side of the device. The LED indicator will show charging status.

4.2. Powering On / Off

  • To power on, press and hold the power button (located on the top surface) for a few seconds until the blue LED light strip illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again until the LED light turns off.

4.3. App Installation & Connectivity

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Preparing Transfer Paper

  1. Select your thermal transfer paper.
  2. Carefully remove the yellow backing paper and the middle protective film from the transfer paper. You will be left with the carbon sheet and the top white sheet.

5.2. Loading Transfer Paper into the Printer

  1. Open the hatch cover of the printer by pressing the buttons on both sides.
  2. Insert the prepared transfer paper into the printer's paper slot with the white sheet facing up and the carbon sheet facing down.
  3. The printer has an automatic adsorption function; it will gently pull the paper in once correctly positioned.
  4. Close the hatch cover.

5.3. Printing a Stencil

  2. Rongedza Settings: Within the app, you can customize the design (crop, resize) and select print mode (Standard, AI) and temperature settings (Low, Medium, High) for optimal transfer quality.
  3. Tanga Kudhinda: Once your design and settings are finalized, press the "Print" button in the app. The printer will begin processing and printing the stencil.
  4. Retrieve Stencil: Once printing is complete, carefully remove the printed stencil from the printer.
