3. Setup

3.1 Kusimbisa Chishandiso

The Raynic Digital Calendar Clock is primarily powered by an AC adapter. It also supports AAA battery backup (batteries not included) to retain settings during power outages.

1. Connect the provided USB cable to the clock's power input port.

3. For battery backup, open the battery compartment on the back of the clock and insert 2 AAA batteries (not included).

• Tabletop: Utilize the sturdy built-in back bracket to stand the clock on any flat surface, such as a desk, nightstand, or shelf.
• Wall-Mount: The clock can also be mounted on a wall. Mounting hardware is included.

4. Operating Instructions

The clock is operated using buttons located on the side. The screen displays clear labels for navigation.

4.1 Setting Date & Time

Access the 'Date & Time' menu to adjust these settings:

• Seta Nguva: Adjust hours and minutes.
• Seta Zuva: Adjust month, day, and year.
• Nguva Format: Sarudza pakati pe12-awa (AM/PM) kana 24-awa fomati.
• Date Format: Select your preferred display (e.g., Month-Day-Year).
• Nguva Yekuchengetedza Kwemasikati (DST): The clock features automatic DST adjustment. Select your region (e.g., North America) for this feature to function correctly.

4.2 Display Themes

The clock offers 12 distinct display themes to suit your preference. Some themes allow for custom colors and time formats.

• Navigate to the 'Themes' menu using the side buttons.
• Browse through the 12 available themes, including Minimalist, Urban Tempo, Seasonal Calendar, Round Dial, Time Album, Dynamic Prompts, Word Clock, and Clock Simulation.
• Select your desired theme.

4.3 Alarms & Reminders

Set up to 20 alarms and 20 reminders for various events.

• Maaramu: Access the 'Alarms' menu to set specific wake-up times. Choose from 18 customizable ringtones and adjust volume.
• Reminders/Schedule: Use the 'Schedule' menu to set reminders for daily activities, medication, visits, entertainment, birthdays, or holidays. You can also customize reminder types.

Adjust the display brightness to suit your environment. The clock features a semi-automatic dimming mode.

• Time Period: Configure different brightness levels for day and night, along with custom start times for each period.

The clock supports 6 different languages for the display and menu interface.

• Select 'Language' and choose from English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, or Japanese.

4.6 Digital Photo Frame Functionality

Transform your calendar clock into a digital photo frame by uploading your favorite pictures.

• Insert a USB drive or TF (Micro SD) card containing your images into the designated port on the side of the clock.
• Navigate to the 'Album' menu to manage and display your photos.
