2. Safety Information

5. Setup

6. Operating Instructions

Enda mberi: Gently step onto the center of the scale with bare feet. Stand still and distribute your weight evenly.
Verenga kuyerwa: The digital display will illuminate and show your weight. The analog dial will also indicate your weight simultaneously. The reading will flash a few times before settling.
Step Off: Once your weight is displayed and stable, you can step off the scale. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds to conserve battery life.

For consistent results, it is recommended to weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.
