This section provides step-by-step instructions for assembling your Sannwsg Metal Storage Shed. It is highly recommended to have at least two people for assembly.

1. Foundation Preparation

Ensure the floor area for the shed is level. A recommended space of 3700mm x 4500mm is ideal for the 8x6 FT model.

2. Parts Display

Before starting assembly, identify all parts using the provided part number labels and the diagrams below. This will help ensure you have all necessary components and understand their placement.

3. Underframe Mounting

Assemble the base frame of the shed. Connect the frame pieces (e.g., K810-1, K810-1R, K810-2, K812-2R) using the specified fasteners (F1) and corner brackets (T-F). Ensure all connections are secure.

4. Wall Framing Installation

Install the vertical wall panels (W5-CD) onto the assembled underframe. Secure them using fasteners (F1) as indicated in the diagrams. Then, attach the upper frame pieces (K810-3, K810-3L) to connect the top of the wall panels.

5. Kuisa Wall

Mount the remaining wall panels (W5-D) to complete the shed's enclosure. Ensure all panels are properly aligned and secured with fasteners (F1, F2) at both the bottom and top edges. Pay attention to the overlapping sections for a weather-tight seal.

6. Door Frame Installation

Install the door frame components (W5-D, W5-CD) into the designated opening. Secure these panels to the adjacent wall sections using fasteners (F1, F2) to create a stable door opening.

7. Roof Support Installation

Install the roof support beams (K810-3, UAD) and connect them to the top of the wall structure. Ensure all connections are firm using fasteners (F1, F2). These supports are crucial for the stability of the roof panels.

8. Kuisa Denga Panel

Carefully place and secure the roof panels (K1014-7L, K1012-7MM, K1014-7M, K1014-7R) onto the roof support structure. Ensure that each board overlaps exactly where it meets, and the screw holes are aligned. Use fasteners (F1, V2) to secure them. Install the ridge caps (K812-10M) and corner pieces (GC, GE) last.

Important Notice (Before Roof Installation):

You're doing great! Before installing the roof, please kindly note: In our demonstration, we placed two roof panels first, then positioned all remaining panels before securing them. However, in your actual installation, please remember to secure each roof panel with screws immediately after placing it. Once two panels overlap, fasten screws promptly. Do not wait until all panels are placed, as this will make some screw holes unreachable. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have an enjoyable and smooth assembly experience!

Reminder: Secure each panel immediately after placement to ensure screws remain accessible.

9. Door Mounting

Attach the shed doors (DBD) to the door frame using the hinges (DH) and fasteners (F1, F2, F3). Install the door handle (GL) and any additional locking mechanisms (DC) as shown in the diagrams. Ensure the doors open and close smoothly and securely.
