The Ascom Myco 4 features a hot-swap battery (Art.No. 660733). To replace it, slide the battery cover lock to the right, lift the battery out while holding the clip, and insert a fully charged battery within 60 seconds to maintain operation without powering down.
Ascom handsets should only be charged using approved Ascom chargers, such as the Desktop Charger (DC5-AAAB), Rack Charger (CR7-AAAA), or Battery Pack Charger (CR8-AAAA). Connection via USB-C cable is also supported on some models.
You can unlock the handset using the power button (which may include a biometric fingerprint reader) or by entering your configured PIN, pattern, or password via the screen lock settings.
