• How do I descale my GOTIE kettle?

  To remove limescale, fill the kettle with approximately 0.1 to 0.4 liters of white vinegar (depending on capacity) mixed with water. Allow it to stand overnight. Afterward, discard the solution, rinse the inside thoroughly, and boil fresh water once or twice to remove any residue.

• Is it safe to immerse my GOTIE appliance in water for cleaning?

  No. While removable parts like fan blades or non-electric components may be washable, the main unit containing the motor or heating elements must never be immersed in water. Wipe the exterior with a damp jira.
