• Why is my memory card not recognized?

  When inserting a memory card (Class 10, 32-128GB) for the first time, you must format it within the mobile app settings. Regular formatting is recommended to prevent file fragmentation.

• How should the JIUYIN recorder include parking monitoring?

  For units with parking monitoring: Connect the Yellow wire to the vehicle's constant power (BAT+), the Red wire to the ACC (ignition) fuse, and the Black wire to the battery negative/ground.

• The camera is not recording or the app cannot find WiFi.

  Tarisa voltage supply (12-24V). If voltage is unstable during startup, the device may not function. Ensure indicator lights are active and try restarting the device.
