  • How do I charge my SureSafeGO device?

You can charge the device using the provided magnetic USB cable or the optional charging station. The red light will flash while charging and turn solid when fully charged. Recommended charging time is 2-3 hours before first use.

  • How does the automatic fall detection work?

The fall detection feature uses sensors to detect movements resembling a trip or fall (typically a drop of more than 1 meter followed by stillness). While effective, it may not detect 100% of falls, so users are encouraged to press the SOS button manually if possible.

  • What do the lights on the SureSafeGO mean?

The Green light indicates cellular signal (rapid double flash means connected). The Blue light indicates GPS positioning (rapid double flash means location fixed). The Red light indicates power status (flashing quickly means low battery).

  • How do I program emergency contacts?

You can program up to 5 contacts by sending SMS commands to the device's phone number. For the first number, send 'A1,1,1,phone_number'. Repeat for others using A2, A3, etc.

  • Can I replace the SIM card in my SureSafe device?

No, the SIM card is pre-installed and cannot be removed or replaced. The device requires a specific SureSafe subscription plan to operate correctly on the network.
