3. Setup uye Wiring

Proper setup and wiring are crucial for the correct operation of the proportional valve amplifier board. Refer to the diagrams below for connection details. It is recommended to use a DC ammeter during initial setup to accurately adjust the required pressure or flow values.

Wiring nzira:

  1. Configure a DC ammeter to facilitate convenient and intuitive adjustment of the required pressure value.
  2. There are two primary input control methods, as illustrated in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

Cherechedza: The image above contains two wiring diagrams (labeled 图1 and 图2 in the original Chinese manual) and the adjustment steps. For clarity, we refer to the entire image as Figure 3. The specific connections for Control Method 1 (图1) and Control Method 2 (图2) are detailed within this image. Ensure all connections are secure and correct before applying power.

4. Kushanda uye Kugadzirisa

The proportional valve amplifier board features several potentiometers for fine-tuning its performance. These adjustments allow you to set the minimum and maximum output, as well as the rise and fall response speeds.

Kugadzirisa Matanho:

  1. Minimum Adjustment (MIN):

    • When the control signal input is 0V, adjust the MIN potentiometer to achieve the required minimum current value or pressure value.
  2. Maximum Adjustment (MAX):

    • When the control signal input is 10V, adjust the MAX potentiometer to achieve the required maximum current value or pressure value.
  3. Rise Speed Adjustment (UP):

    • Clockwise adjustment: Decreases the rise time, resulting in a faster response speed.
    • Counter-clockwise adjustment: Increases the rise time, resulting in a slower response speed.
  4. Fall Speed Adjustment (DOWN):

    • Clockwise adjustment: Decreases the fall time, resulting in a faster response speed.
    • Counter-clockwise adjustment: Increases the fall time, resulting in a slower response speed.

5. Kuchengeta

The Proportional Valve Amplifier Board is designed for robust and reliable operation with minimal maintenance. To ensure longevity and optimal performance:

  • Keep the board clean and free from dust, moisture, and corrosive substances.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the board, especially for the heat sinks, to prevent overheating.
  • Gara uchitarisa zvese zvakabatana netambo kuti uone kana zvakabata uye kuti zviratidzo zvekupera kana ngura zvakamira.
  • Avoid exposing the board to extreme temperatures or excessive vibrations.
  • Do not attempt to repair the board yourself if you are not qualified. Contact technical support for assistance.

6. Kugadzirisa matambudziko

If you encounter issues with your proportional valve amplifier board, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • No Output/Incorrect Output:
    • Verify power supply voltage (24-30VDC) is correct and stable.
    • Check all wiring connections for proper polarity and secure contact.
    • Ensure the control signal input (0-10V or 4-20mA) is present and within the expected range.
    • Inspect the proportional valve for any mechanical issues or blockages.
    • Re-adjust MIN and MAX potentiometers as per operating instructions.
  • Unstable or Erratic Control:
    • Check for electrical noise or interference in the control signal lines. Use shielded cables if necessary.
    • Ensure the load impedance of the valve is within the specified range (2.2-50 Ω).
    • Adjust the UP and DOWN speed potentiometers to fine-tune the response.
    • Verify the proportional valve itself is functioning correctly and not sticking.
  • Kupisa zvakanyanya:
    • Ensure the board has adequate ventilation and is not enclosed in a confined space without airflow.
    • Check if the load current exceeds the maximum specified output (0-3A).
    • Verify the ambient temperature is within acceptable operating limits.

If the problem persists after performing these checks, contact technical support for further assistance.

7. Mazano emushandisi

  • For initial setup, connect a multimeter in series with the valve to monitor the output current directly while adjusting the MIN and MAX settings. This provides a more precise calibration.
  • When adjusting response speeds (UP/DOWN), make small incremental changes and observe the system's behavior to avoid overshooting or instability.
  • Consider mounting the board inside a protective enclosure to shield it from environmental factors, especially in industrial settings.

8. Warranty uye Tsigiro

This product is typically covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For specific warranty terms, duration, and support inquiries, please refer to the seller's policies or contact the seller directly. Keep your purchase records for warranty claims.

For technical assistance, troubleshooting beyond the scope of this manual, or replacement parts, please contact the vendor or authorized service center.
