The system consists of a receiver (the socket) and a transmitter (the remote control). The remote sends RF signals to the socket, allowing you to wirelessly turn connected devices on or off.

3. Setup uye Pairing

Before starting, ensure the socket is plugged into a power source and any connected appliance is turned off.

3.1. Pairing in Toggle Mode (Default)

In Toggle Mode, pressing the remote button once turns the socket ON, and pressing it again turns the socket OFF.

  1. Plug the RF socket into a standard US power outlet.
  2. Ensure the indicator light on the socket is OFF before pairing.
  3. Press and hold the small indicator button on the side of the socket until its light turns ON. Release the button.
  4. Press the 'A' button on the remote control once. The indicator light on the socket will flash, indicating successful pairing.
  5. Test the pairing: Press 'A' on the remote to turn the connected appliance ON, and press 'A' again to turn it OFF.
  6. To pair the 'B' button with another socket, repeat the procedure with a different socket.

3.2. Pairing in Latched Mode

In Latched Mode, pressing button 'A' turns the socket ON, and pressing button 'B' turns the socket OFF. This mode requires clearing existing pairing data first.

  1. First, clear any existing pairing data (see Section 3.3).
  2. Plug the RF socket into a standard US power outlet.
  3. Press and hold the small indicator button on the side of the socket until its light turns ON. Continue holding the button.
  4. The indicator light will flash once. Release the button immediately after this single flash.
  5. Press the 'A' button on the remote control once.
  6. Press the 'B' button on the remote control once. The indicator light on the socket will flash, indicating successful pairing in Latched Mode.
  7. Test the pairing: Press 'A' on the remote to turn the connected appliance ON, and press 'B' to turn it OFF.

3.3. Clearing Pairing Data

To clear all paired remote controls from the socket:

  1. Ensure the indicator light on the socket is OFF before clearing the code.
  2. Press and hold the small indicator button on the side of the socket for approximately 10 seconds.
  3. The indicator light will flash several times, confirming that all pairing data has been successfully cleared.

4.1. Basic Remote Control

Once paired, simply press the corresponding button on your remote control to toggle the power of the connected appliance. For Toggle Mode, one button controls both ON and OFF. For Latched Mode, one button is for ON and another for OFF.

4.2. Multi-Control Functionality

  • Multiple Remotes, One Socket: Up to 5 remote controls can be paired with a single socket.
  • One Remote, Multiple Sockets: A single remote control button can control up to 3 sockets simultaneously.

4.3. RF Range

The RF signal can operate up to 50 meters in open spaces and approximately 30 meters indoors, capable of passing through walls.

4.4. Power Failure Default State

After a power failure, the socket will default to the OFF state when power is restored. It will not automatically turn ON.

5.1. Kuchenesa

Wipe the surface of the socket and remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5.2. Kutsiva Bhatiri Riri Kure

The remote control uses either one CR2032 or two CR2016 batteries. When the remote's indicator light dims or the range decreases, it's time to replace the battery. Refer to the remote control diagram for battery compartment access.

Q: Can I use a different brand's RF remote or wall switch with this socket?
A: It is not recommended. While the frequency might be the same (433MHz), different RF products often use various encoding methods (e.g., EV1527 learning code, 2262 fixed code, rolling code). Compatibility cannot be guaranteed unless specified.
Q: Does this socket have Wi-Fi functionality?
A: No, this specific model is RF-only and does not have Wi-Fi functionality.
