3. Setup
3.1 Kuiswa Kwenyama
Attach the Algolaser 20W Laser Module to your compatible laser engraver frame using the provided Dovetail Fixture and screws. Ensure the module is securely mounted and aligned correctly with the engraver's X-axis.

3.2 Wiring Connections
Connect the laser module to your engraver's control board using the ALC Cable and Main Cable. The Main Cable can connect with different ports according to different machine models. If the power supply is insufficient, you may need to add additional power accessories (not always included, refer to your engraver's manual).

3.3 ALC Main Port Definitions
The ALC board facilitates connections between the laser module and various engraver systems. Refer to the diagram and table below for detailed port definitions and instructions.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Focus Adjustment
Achieving optimal focus is crucial for precise engraving and cutting. Use the included Focus Assist tool to easily set the correct focal length. The recommended focus length is 5mm from the bottom of the laser module's shell to the material surface.

4.2 Engraving and Cutting
The 20W laser module offers stronger cutting capabilities and superior productivity. Its quadruple beam-compressed spot (0.15x0.12mm) ensures powerful and precise carving.
- Cutting Performance: The module can cut 5mm MDF board and 12mm Basswood or Plywood in a single pass. For thicker materials like 20mm Pine Board or 50mm Black Acrylic, multiple passes may be required.
- Color Engraving: Enrich your artwork with over 500 colors when engraving on stainless metal materials.

4.3 Air Assist Functionality
The 20W laser module features a built-in air-assist interface. Connecting an external air pump (not included) to this interface can significantly enhance cutting performance by clearing debris and reducing charring, resulting in cleaner cuts.

5. Kuchengeta
5.1 Lens Replacement
Regular cleaning and occasional replacement of the lens are essential for maintaining optimal laser performance. Follow these steps to replace the lens:
- Bvisa: First, remove the Air Assist Nozzle. Then, use the Lens Tool to carefully loosen the Brass Lense Nut. Pay attention to the rotation direction of the wrench. Once loosened, gently take out the old seal ring and lens.
- Isa: Place the new lens with the side containing red spots facing outward. Ensure the notched side of the Brass Lense Nut faces up. Pay close attention to the order in which you reassemble the seal ring and lens. Tighten the Brass Lense Nut with the Lens Tool, but do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the lens.

- Hapana Kubuda kweLaser: Check all power and data cable connections to ensure they are secure. Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and providing the specified 24V/4A.
- Hunhu Hwakashata hweKunyora/Kucheka: Ensure the laser focus is correctly set (5mm from the bottom of the shell). Check if the lens is clean and free from debris. Consider using an air assist pump for improved cutting results.
- Kuenderana Nyaya: Double-check that your laser engraver model is listed as compatible. Refer to the ALC Main Port Definitions table (Section 3.3) to ensure correct wiring for your specific machine.
- Kupisa zvakanyanya: Ensure adequate ventilation around the laser module.
