The battery is not pre-installed and must be inserted before first use.
- When first received, the battery is not pre-installed in the phone.
- Find the indentation on the bottom left cover of the phone.
- Hold your phone firmly and push the case through the indentation to remove the back cover.
- Insert the battery into the phone's battery compartment.
- Replace the back panel, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

4.2. Kuisa SIM neSD Card
The XGODY X32 supports a 3-card slot design for dual Nano SIM cards and one TF (MicroSD) card for expandable storage.
- Remove the back cover as described in the battery installation section.
- Locate the SIM card slots and the TF card slot.
- Insert your Nano SIM cards into the designated SIM 1 and SIM 2 slots.
- If desired, insert a TF (MicroSD) card into the dedicated slot for additional storage (up to 128GB).

5. Basic Operation
5.1. Simba On / Off
- Kubatidza: Press and hold the Power On/Off button until the XGODY logo appears.
- Kudzima: Press and hold the Power On/Off button, then select "Power off" from the options on the screen.

- A: Ensure your SIM card is a Nano SIM and is correctly inserted into one of the two SIM slots. Verify that your network provider is compatible with the phone's 2G/3G/4G bands. The phone supports various UK networks like British Telecom, EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Virgin Mobile, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile, and Giffgaff.
- Q: The phone did not come with a charger.
- A: The package includes a Type-C cable. You will need to use a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) to charge the device.
