Welcome to the XGODY X32 Smartphone user manual. This guide provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your new device. The XGODY X32 is a compact 4G smartphone featuring Android 14, an Octa-Core processor, dual SIM capability, and Face ID for secure access.

3. Mudziyo Pamusoroview

Familiarize yourself with the physical components and ports of your XGODY X32 Smartphone.

  • Headphone Jack: Chiteshi che3.5mm chekubuditsa odhiyo.

4. Kutanga Setup

4.1. Kuiswa kwebhatiri

The battery is not pre-installed and must be inserted before first use.

  1. When first received, the battery is not pre-installed in the phone.
  2. Find the indentation on the bottom left cover of the phone.
  3. Hold your phone firmly and push the case through the indentation to remove the back cover.
  4. Insert the battery into the phone's battery compartment.
  5. Replace the back panel, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

4.2. Kuisa SIM neSD Card

The XGODY X32 supports a 3-card slot design for dual Nano SIM cards and one TF (MicroSD) card for expandable storage.

  1. Remove the back cover as described in the battery installation section.
  2. Locate the SIM card slots and the TF card slot.
  3. Insert your Nano SIM cards into the designated SIM 1 and SIM 2 slots.
  4. If desired, insert a TF (MicroSD) card into the dedicated slot for additional storage (up to 128GB).

Note: SIM cards and SD cards are not included with the device.

5. Basic Operation

5.1. Simba On / Off

  • Kubatidza: Press and hold the Power On/Off button until the XGODY logo appears.
  • Kudzima: Press and hold the Power On/Off button, then select "Power off" from the options on the screen.
  • Kukiya/Kuvhura Sikirini: Briefly press the Power On/Off button.

5.2. Chiso chemunhu

The XGODY X32 supports face recognition for convenient and secure unlocking.

  1. Enda kuZvirongwa > Kuchengetedzwa > Kuvhura Chiso.
  2. Tevedza mirairo yepa-screen kunyoresa chiso chako.
  3. Kana wangonyoresa, unogona kuvhura foni yako nekutarisa kamera yekumberi.

5.3. Network Kubatana

Your XGODY X32 supports 4G LTE networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

  • Nharembozha Ensure your SIM card is properly installed and mobile data is enabled in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network.
  • Wi-Fi: Connect to Wi-Fi networks via Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi.
  • Bluetooth: Batanidza nemidziyo yeBluetooth uchishandisa Zvirongwa > Midziyo yakabatana > Bluetooth.

5.4. Android 14 Features

Experience enhanced user experience with Android 14, including:

  • Smart Power Saving: Gadzirisa mashandisirwo ebhatiri.
  • Permission Manager: Granular control over app permissions.
  • Friendly Font Scaling: Adjust text size for better readability.
  • Mafolda Akakura: Organize apps more efficiently.
  • Kudzora Kwevabereki: Manage device usage for children.

6. Kuchengeta

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your XGODY X32 Smartphone, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Q: The phone feels slow or lags.
A: The XGODY X32 is designed for daily light usage. It may experience slowdowns if more than 5 applications are running simultaneously. Close unused apps to improve performance. Regularly clear cache and manage storage.
Q: Can I unlock the phone with my fingerprint?
A: No, the XGODY X32 does not feature a fingerprint sensor. It supports Face ID for biometric unlocking.
Q: My SIM card is not working.
A: Ensure your SIM card is a Nano SIM and is correctly inserted into one of the two SIM slots. Verify that your network provider is compatible with the phone's 2G/3G/4G bands. The phone supports various UK networks like British Telecom, EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Virgin Mobile, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile, and Giffgaff.
Q: The phone did not come with a charger.
A: The package includes a Type-C cable. You will need to use a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) to charge the device.

9. Mazano emushandisi

  • For optimal performance, especially if you notice slowdowns, try to limit the number of applications running simultaneously. The XGODY X32 is best suited for daily light usage rather than heavy multitasking or demanding games.
  • Remember that the phone uses Face ID for unlocking; it does not have a fingerprint sensor.
  • The phone supports a wide range of UK mobile networks, so compatibility with major carriers should not be an issue.
