2.1. Packing List
Ita shuwa kuti zvinhu zvese zviripo mupakeji:
- HRM Sensor
- Chest Strap
- User Manual
- Packing Bhokisi

2.2. Initial Setup and Battery Replacement
The H2 sensor uses a CR2032 battery. Follow these steps for initial setup or battery replacement:
- Slide the battery cover to unlock it, then open.
- If it's the first use, remove the battery insulation tab.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery into the battery compartment with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Confirm that the indicator light flashes, which indicates correct battery installation.
- Close the battery cover and slide it to lock securely.

2.3. Wearing the HRM Chest Strap
For accurate heart rate detection, proper wearing is crucial:
- To ensure optimal heart rate data detection, it is recommended to wet the electrode pads on the chest strap with water before each use.
- Install the HRM Sensor module onto the chest strap by snapping the connectors into place.
- Adjust the length of the chest strap to ensure it fits properly and snugly against your chest. The sensor should be positioned centrally on your chest.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Activation and Connection
The HRM Sensor features an automatic activation system:
- When both electrode pads of the chest strap make contact with your skin, the HRM Sensor will automatically activate. The indicator light will flash to show the current battery level.
- The H2 supports both ANT+ and Bluetooth dual protocols. This allows it to connect to various devices such as bike computers, sports watches, and fitness apps to receive and display your heart rate data.
- Note on Connectivity: When using the ANT+ protocol, the sensor can connect to multiple devices simultaneously. However, when using the Bluetooth protocol, it can only connect to one device at a time.

3.2. Chiratidzo Chiedza Mamiriro
The indicator light provides important information about the sensor's status:
- The indicator light will turn on and flash for approximately 10 seconds in the following situations:
- Each time the battery is correctly installed.
- When the heart rate chest strap is properly worn and activated.
- When the heart rate chest strap is taken off after use.
- The color of the indicator light indicates the battery level:
- Green light: Battery level i5% kana kupfuura.
- Robhoti dzvuku Battery level iri pasi pe5%.
3.3. Sleep Mode and Power Off
The H2 sensor is designed for energy efficiency:
- The HRM chest strap will automatically enter a low-power sleep mode after it is removed from your body. Before entering sleep mode, the indicator light will flash again to show the current battery level.
- To completely power off the device, remove the HRM Sensor module from the chest strap.

4. Kuchengetedza nekuchengetedza
Proper care ensures the longevity and accuracy of your H2 Heart Rate Sensor:
- After each use, rinse the chest strap with clean water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.
- If immediate washing is not possible, wipe any sweat from the electrode pads, connector, and the surface of the HRM Sensor after use. Separate the HRM Sensor from the chest strap and place them in a well-ventilated area. Clean and dry the chest strap as soon as possible.
- For extended storage, it is recommended to remove the HRM Sensor module from the chest strap to maximize battery life.
- Avoid overstretching the chest strap when wearing it to prevent damage to the electrode pads.
- Sweat accumulation can affect data accuracy. Regularly rinse the chest strap with water after each use and hang it to dry.
- Do not place a damp heart rate chest strap in airtight containers, as this may lead to oxidation of the connector, affecting measurement accuracy and shortening its lifespan.
- Do not use chemical cleaners, as they may damage the strap and affect its measurement accuracy and lifespan.
- Store the heart rate chest strap flat or hung after use, avoiding bending or rolling. Keep it out of direct sunlight for extended periods.

5. Kugadzirisa matambudziko
If you encounter issues with your CYCPLUS H2 Heart Rate Sensor, consider the following:
- No Heart Rate Data:
- Ensure the electrode pads are wet and making firm, consistent contact with your skin.
- Check if the battery is properly installed and has sufficient charge (refer to indicator light status). Replace the battery if it's low.
- Verify that the sensor is correctly paired and connected to your receiving device (bike computer, sports watch, or app) via ANT+ or Bluetooth.
- Kuverenga Kusina Kurongeka Kwemoyo:
- Ensure the chest strap is worn snugly and is not moving during activity.
- Clean the electrode pads and the sensor module to remove any sweat or residue that might interfere with signal transmission.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners on the strap, as this can degrade its performance.
- Matambudziko Ekubatanidza:
- If connecting via Bluetooth, ensure no other device is currently connected to the H2 sensor, as it only supports one Bluetooth connection at a time.
- Try restarting both the H2 sensor (by removing and reinserting the battery) and your receiving device.
