- Kudzidza wega: Connect these wires to initiate the self-learning process for motor phase matching.
- Cruise Line: Connect for cruise control functionality.
- Reverse Line: Connect for reverse gear operation.
- High Brake: Connect to the high-level brake signal.
- Low Brake: Connect to the low-level brake signal.
- 3-Speed (Low/Middle/High): Connect to the speed selector switch for adjusting motor speed modes.
- Mota: Connect to the throttle input for speed control.
- Electric Lock: Connect to the ignition or electric lock for power activation.
- Hall Line: Connect to the motor's Hall sensor wires.
- LCD Instrument Line: Connect to the LCD display for data output.
- Anti-theft Power Supply: Connect to the anti-theft system's power.
- Anti-theft Signal: Connect to the anti-theft system's signal input.
- Battery (Red Battery+, Black Battery-): Connect the main power cables to your battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Motokari: Connect the three main phase wires to your brushless motor.
- Pointer Meter Line: Connect to a traditional pointer-type speed/power meter.
Kuisa Matanho:
- Mount the controller securely in a location that is protected from physical damage, moisture, and excessive heat. The aluminum alloy casing provides heat dissipation, but good airflow is still recommended.
- Carefully connect all wires according to the diagram. Pay close attention to the battery and motor connections to avoid polarity reversal.
- Once all connections are made, perform the self-learning procedure (if applicable) as per your motor's requirements or the controller's specific instructions to optimize motor phase matching.
- Test all functions (throttle, brakes, speed modes, etc.) at a low speed in a safe environment before full operation.
6. Operating Instructions
Once installed and configured, the controller enables various functionalities for your electric vehicle:
- Batidza/Kudzima: Use the electric lock or ignition switch to power the system on or off.
- Kudzora Kumhanya Use the throttle to control the motor's speed.
- Speed Modes: Utilize the 3-speed switch to select between low, middle, and high-speed settings.
- Braking: The controller supports both high and low-level brake signals, cutting motor power when brakes are applied.
- Reverse Function: Activate the reverse line for backward movement.
- Cruise Control: Engage the cruise line to maintain a constant speed.
- Anti-kuba System: If connected, the anti-theft alarm and signal functions will provide security features.
- Chiridzwa Chiratidziro: The controller provides signals for both LCD and pointer-type instruments to display vehicle data.
7. Kuchengeta
- Kugara Kuongorora: Periodically check all wiring connections for looseness or corrosion. Ensure the controller is securely mounted.
- Kuchenesa: Keep the controller's exterior clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
- Environmental Protection: Ensure the controller remains protected from direct exposure to rain, snow, or excessive heat.
- Kubvisa Kupisa: Verify that the controller's cooling fins are not obstructed to allow for proper heat dissipation.
8. Kugadzirisa matambudziko
- Hapana Simba: Check battery connections, electric lock wiring, and battery charge level.
- Mota Isina Kupindura: Verify throttle connection, Hall sensor connections, motor phase wires, and ensure the self-learning process was completed successfully.
- Erratic Speed Control: Inspect throttle wiring for damage or loose connections.
- Brakes Not Working: Check high/low brake signal connections.
- Controller Overheating: Ensure adequate ventilation around the controller and that it is not overloaded beyond its rated power.
Mazano evashandisi:
- Voltage Kuenderana: Always verify that your battery pack's voltage (e.g., a 17S Li-ion pack, which is approximately 62.9V nominal) falls within the controller's supported range (36V-72V).
- Kururama kweWiring: Pay close attention to the wiring diagram, especially for critical functions like 3-speed, cruise, and anti-theft, to ensure all features work as intended.
- Self-Learning: Utilize the self-learning function to optimize the controller's performance with your specific motor.
