- Unlock the Handle: Ensure the handle is unlocked by releasing the lock mechanism, typically a small wire clip at the rear of the handle.
- Vhura Magazini: Locate the staple magazine release at the bottom rear of the stapler. Press or pull it to slide out the staple magazine.
- Isa Staples: Insert a full strip of either T20 flat crown or T25 round crown staples into the magazine with the staple points facing forward.
- Vhara Magazini: Slide the magazine back into the stapler until it clicks securely into place.
Adjusting Staple Height/Depth Guide
The T2025 features an exclusive built-in adjustable staple guide that allows you to change the depth of the staples being driven. This is particularly useful for wire and cable applications to prevent damage.
- Locate the adjustment mechanism, usually a knob or lever near the front of the stapler.
- Turn or slide the mechanism to adjust the staple depth. Test on a scrap piece of material to ensure the desired depth is achieved without damaging the material or wire.

Operating Instruction
General Operation
- Position the Stapler: Place the stapler firmly against the surface where the staple is to be driven. Ensure the nose of the stapler is flush with the material.
- Squeeze the Handle: Apply firm, even pressure to the "easy squeeze" double leverage handle. The patented mechanism is designed for efficient stapling with less effort.
- Release and Repeat: Release the handle after the staple is driven. Reposition the stapler as needed for subsequent staples.
Using with Flat Crown Staples (T20)
For standard stapling jobs such as attaching vapor barriers, upholstery, or general fastening, use T20 flat crown staples. Ensure the staple guide is set appropriately for the material thickness.
Using with Round Crown Staples (T25) for Wiring
The T2025 is specifically designed for low voltage wiring jobs up to ¼ inch (6mm) wide. This includes applications like telephone lines, intercoms, security camera cables, burglar alarm systems, cable TV, and computer network cables.
- Select T25 Staples: Use appropriate T25 round crown staples (3/8", 7/16", 9/16") for your cable size.
- Tambo Yechinzvimbo: Guide the cable into the round crown channel at the front of the stapler.
- Rongedza Hudzamu: Utilize the adjustable staple guide to ensure the staple secures the cable without pinching or damaging the insulation. A half-squeeze of the handle can help position the guide neatly around the cable before fully driving the staple.
- Drive Staple: Firmly squeeze the handle to drive the staple over the cable.

Maintenance
- Kuchenesa: Keep the stapler clean and free of dust, debris, and adhesive residue. Use a dry cloth to wipe down the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of light machine oil to moving parts, such as the pivot points and the staple pusher mechanism, to ensure smooth operation.
- Kuchengeta: Store the stapler in a dry environment to prevent rust. Engage the handle lock to keep the handle compressed and reduce spring tension during storage.
