- Kuburitsa: Carefully remove the glass dish and lid from its packaging. Inspect for any damage. If any damage is found, do not use the product and contact customer support.
- Kutanga Kuchenesa: Before first use, wash the glass dish and plastic lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Ensure the lid is completely dry before storage to prevent moisture buildup.
Operating Instruction
- Chikafu Chekuchengetedza: Place food inside the glass dish. Secure the BPA-free plastic lid firmly to create a seal. The lid is designed to keep food fresh.
- Kushandisa Microwave: The glass dish is microwave safe. When microwaving with the lid, ensure the lid is loosely placed or vented to allow steam to escape. Do not seal the lid tightly during microwave heating to prevent pressure buildup. The plastic lid is top-rack dishwasher safe and microwave safe when used correctly.
- Kushandisa Ovheni: The glass dish is safe for use in preheated ovens. Do not use the plastic lid in the oven. Always remove the lid before placing the glass dish in a preheated oven.
- Kushandisa Freezer: The glass dish and lid are freezer safe. Allow hot food to cool before placing it in the freezer to prevent thermal shock.
Maintenance and Care
- Kuchenesa: The glass dish is dishwasher safe. The plastic lid is top-rack dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the glass or damage the lid.
- Kuchengeta: Store glass dishes nested without lids to prevent odors. Lids can be stacked separately.

- Lid Sealing Issues: If the lid is difficult to seal, ensure the rim of the glass dish and the lid are clean and dry. If the lid appears warped or damaged, it may need replacement. Cherechedza: While the lid is microwave safe, it should be loosely placed or vented during heating to prevent melting or damage from excessive heat and pressure.
- Kuputsika kwegirazi: Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) which can cause glass to break. Do not place hot glass directly on a cold surface or add cold liquids to hot glass. Do not place frozen glass directly into a hot oven.
