4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

The large LCD simultaneously shows the current temperature (top display) and relative humidity (bottom display). The unit automatically begins measuring upon battery installation.

To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), locate the small switch or button, typically on the back or side of the unit. Press or slide it to select the desired temperature unit.
5.3. Minimum/Maximum (Min/Max) Function
The Min/Max function allows you to view the highest and lowest temperature and humidity readings recorded since the last reset.
- Press the MAX/MIN button once to display the maximum recorded temperature and humidity. The "MAX" indicator will appear on the display.
- Press the MAX/MIN button a second time to display the minimum recorded temperature and humidity. The "MIN" indicator will appear on the display.
- Press the MAX/MIN button a third time to return to the current temperature and humidity display.
5.4. Resetting Min/Max Readings
To clear the recorded Min/Max values and start a new recording cycle:
- Nepo viewing either the MAX or MIN readings, press and hold the RESET button for approximately 3 seconds. The display will briefly show all segments, then return to current readings, indicating the Min/Max memory has been cleared.
