2. Setup uye Gungano
The NOVA Traveler Rollator comes pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your rollator for use:
- Unboxing uye Kuongorora: Carefully remove the rollator from its packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage that may have occurred during shipping.
- Kuvhura Rollator: To unfold, pull the handles outwards until the frame locks into place. Ensure the central bar is pushed down to secure the open position.
- Kugadzirisa Hurefu hweHandle: The handle height can be adjusted from 33.25 inches to 37 inches. Locate the adjustment knobs on the handle posts, loosen them, set the handles to a comfortable height (typically wrist height when standing upright), and then tighten the knobs securely.
- Kubatanidza Zvishandiso: The rollator includes a removable basket, a large zippered storage pouch, and a tray. Attach the basket by hooking it onto the designated points at the front of the rollator. The zippered pouch is pre-installed. The tray can be placed on top of the basket for carrying smaller items.

- Kushandisa Hand Brakes: The rollator features NOVA's patented feather-touch hand brakes. To control your speed, gently pull up on the brake levers.
- Engaging Parking Brakes: To lock the wheels for stability, such as when standing still or sitting on the rollator (if applicable, though this model does not have a seat), push the brake levers downwards until they click into the locked position. Pull the levers upwards to release the parking brake.
- Utilizing Storage: The large zippered pouch is ideal for personal belongings, groceries, or other items you wish to keep out of sight. The front basket and tray provide convenient access for frequently used items.
- Kupeta Kwekuchengetera/Kutakura: To fold the rollator, lift the handle located under the seat. The rollator will fold compactly in seconds, making it easy to roll when folded or lift into a vehicle.
