Assembly

Adding Frying Oil

  1. Pour cooking oil into the removable oil tank.
  2. Ensure the oil level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" fill lines marked inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill.
  3. Use oils with a high smoke point, such as vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil, or sunflower oil.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Ensure the deep fryer is properly assembled and filled with oil.
  2. Attach the magnetic power cord to the appliance, then plug it into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the temperature control dial to the desired frying temperature (e.g., 350°F for most foods). The "HEAT" indicator light will illuminate.
  4. Allow the oil to preheat. The "READY" indicator light will turn on when the set temperature is reached. This may take 10-15 minutes depending on the oil volume and desired temperature.

  1. Carefully place food into the fry basket(s). Do not overload the baskets, as this can lower oil temperature and result in soggy food.
  2. Slowly lower the basket(s) into the hot oil.

  2. Pour the cooled oil through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean, airtight container for reuse, or dispose of it according to local regulations.
