4.2 Connecting Hoses and Nozzle

  1. Connect the fuel hose to the pump's outlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
  2. Attach the manual shut-off nozzle to the other end of the fuel hose.

4.3 Electrical Connection

The pump requires a 24-volt DC power source.

  1. Connect the power cord to the pump.
  2. Connect the other end of the power cord to a suitable 24-volt DC power supply. Ensure proper polarity.
  3. Verify all electrical connections are secure and protected from environmental elements.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective fuel transfer.

  1. Ensure the pump is securely mounted and all hose and electrical connections are tight.
  2. Place the nozzle into the receiving tank or container.

  4. Begin dispensing fuel by engaging the manual nozzle lever.
