Operating Instruction
General Use:
- This cookware is compatible with all cooktops, including gas, electric, glass, furnace, and induction.
- The impact-bonded base is designed to distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results.
- The riveted stainless-steel handles provide a secure grip and are designed to stay cool during cooking.
Steaming Food:
Follow the setup instructions for steaming. Place the pot on your cooktop and set to medium-high heat. Once water boils and steam is generated, reduce heat to maintain a steady steam. Cook food until desired tenderness is achieved. The glass lid allows for monitoring without releasing steam, and its vent prevents excessive pressure buildup.

Fondue Preparation:
Follow the setup instructions for fondue. Heat your chosen fondue mixture gently on the cooktop. For cheese or chocolate fondue, use low to medium heat to prevent scorching. For oil or broth fondue, bring to the desired temperature. Use the provided fondue forks to dip bread, fruits, vegetables, or meats into the fondue. The different colored handles on the forks help distinguish individual servings.

Kugadzirisa matambudziko
If you encounter any issues with your Nuwave Design-18/8 Stainless Steel Cookware, please consider the following:
- Uneven Heating: Ensure the pot is centered on the heat source. The impact-bonded base is designed for even heat distribution, but extreme off-center placement can affect performance.
- Food Sticking: While stainless steel is durable, it is not non-stick. Use appropriate cooking oils or liquids to prevent food from sticking, especially when sautéing or simmering directly in the pot.
- Water Spots/Discoloration: This is common with stainless steel and can often be removed with a stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and water.
- Chivharo Chisina Kuvharwa Zvakanaka: Ensure the lid is correctly aligned with the pot. The vented design allows for steam release, so a completely airtight seal is not intended for steaming.
