Gadzirira
Before using your Timex Ironman watch, ensure it is properly set up for accurate timekeeping and functionality.

Press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Time Set mode.
Press the GADZIRA/KUDZOKA button to enter the setting sequence. The first digit to be set will flash.
Shandisa iyo KUTANGA / KUTsemura button to advance the flashing digit.
Press the MODE button to move to the next digit or setting (e.g., hours, minutes, seconds, month, day, year).
Press the GADZIRA/KUDZOKA button to exit Time Set mode and save your changes.
12/24 Hora Format
While in Time Set mode, you can toggle between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour (military) time formats using the MISA / GADZIRA bhatani kana nhamba dzeawa dziri kupenya.
Time Zone Setting
The watch supports two time zones. To set the second time zone, navigate to the T2 (Time Zone 2) display and follow the same setting procedure as for the main time.

Your Timex Ironman watch offers various functions to support your active lifestyle.
Chronograph (Stopwatch)
The 100-hour chronograph with 30-lap memory is ideal for tracking workouts and events.
Press MODE until "CHRONO" appears on the display.
Press KUTANGA / KUTsemura kutanga nguva.
Press KUTANGA / KUTsemura again to record a lap/split time. The display will show the split time for a few seconds before returning to the running total.

Press GADZIRA/KUDZOKA to set the alarm time. Adjust digits with KUTANGA / KUTsemura and move with MODE.

To activate/deactivate an alarm, select the alarm (ALM 1, 2, or 3) and press KUTANGA / KUTsemura. An alarm icon will appear when active.

This watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for scuba diving. Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged to prevent water entry.

The watch uses 1 Lithium Metal battery (included). Battery life is approximately 2 years. When the display dims or functions become erratic, it's time to replace the battery. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
