Product Overview
The Muse M-178 PW is a projection clock radio featuring FM/MW radio, dual alarms, snooze, sleep timer, and an AUX input. Familiarize yourself with the controls and display as shown below.

- PROJECTION Button: Activates or deactivates the time projection feature.
- ROTATE Button: Rotates the projected time display.
- AUX Bhatani: Selects the auxiliary input mode for external audio devices.
- HR. Button: Adjusts the hour for clock and alarm settings.
- MIN. Button: Adjusts the minute for clock and alarm settings.
- SNOOZE/DIMMER Button: Activates the snooze function during an alarm or adjusts the display brightness in standby mode.
- Alarm 1 Set Button (Clock icon with '1'): Used to set and activate Alarm 1.
- Alarm 2 Set Button (Clock icon with '2'): Used to set and activate Alarm 2.
- Tuning Down / Previous Preset Button (A-): Tunes radio frequency down or selects previous preset station.
- Tuning Up / Next Preset Button (A+): Tunes radio frequency up or selects next preset station.
- Bhatani reSimba/Rakamirira: Turns the unit on or off (to standby mode).
- Projection Lens: Projects the time onto a surface.
- Akatungamirira Ratidza: Shows current time, radio frequency, and alarm indicators.
Gadzirira
1. Simba Connection
Connect the external power adapter to the DC IN jack on the unit and then plug the adapter into a standard 230V AC, 50Hz wall outlet. The unit will power on or enter standby mode.
2. Bhatiri Backup
For backup power, insert 2 x AAA batteries (not supplied) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit. These batteries will retain the time and alarm settings in case of a power outage.
3. Kugadzika kweWachi Yekutanga
After connecting power, the display may flash. To set the current time:
- Mune standby mode, dzvanya uye ubate iyo NGUVA ISETA button (if available, otherwise proceed to step 2).
- Press the HR. bhatani kugadzirisa iyo nguva.

- Release the button(s) to confirm the time.
Operating Instruction
1. Kuisa Alarm

- Press the Alarm Set button again to select the alarm source (Radio or Buzzer). An indicator will appear on the display.
- Release the button to confirm. The alarm icon will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is active.
2. Snooze Basa
Kana alarm yarira, tinya iyo SNOOZE / DIMMER button to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after a few minutes (default snooze time).
3. Kurara Nguva
The sleep timer allows the radio to play for a set duration before automatically turning off. To activate:

- Dzokorora dzvanya iyo RARA button to cycle through available sleep times (e.g., 90, 60, 30, 15 minutes, OFF).

The unit supports FM and MW bands.
- Press the Simba/Kumira bhatani kuvhura iyo unit.
- Press the FM/MW button (if available, otherwise cycle through modes) to select the desired radio band.
- Chinyorwa Kugadziridza: Press the A- or A+ buttons repeatedly to tune to the desired frequency.
- Automatic Scan/Preset Storage: Dzvanya uye ubate iyo A- or A+ button to automatically scan for the next available station. To store a station as a preset, tune to the station, then press and hold a Preset Nhamba button (if available) or follow specific instructions for automatic storage (e.g., press and hold SCAN button). The unit can store up to 20 preset stations (10 FM).
- Kuyeuka Presets: Press the Preset Nhamba buttons (if available) or use the A- or A+ buttons briefly to cycle through stored presets.
5. Kufungidzira Nguva
The unit can project the current time onto a wall or ceiling.
- Press the PROJECTION button to activate the projection.
- Shandisa iyo TENGESA button to adjust the orientation of the projected time.
- Adjust the focus of the projected image by rotating the projection lens (if applicable).
6. Display Brightness (Dimmer)
Mune standby mode, ramba uchidzvanya iyo SNOOZE / DIMMER button to cycle through different display brightness levels.
7. AUX Input
