2. Safety Information

4. Setup

- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of each cordless handset.
- Connect the provided rechargeable battery pack to the connector inside the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
- Place the battery pack inside the compartment and close the cover.

4.3. Handset Charging
Place each cordless handset into its respective charging cradle. The CHARGE light on the handset will illuminate, indicating proper charging. Allow at least 16 hours for the batteries to fully charge before initial use.

After the handsets are charged, the display will prompt you to set the date and time. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure these settings for accurate Caller ID records and answering system timestamps.
5. Kushanda

5.2. Mutauriri wefoni
The handset features a full-duplex speakerphone for hands-free conversations. Press the MUTAURIRI button during a call to activate or deactivate the speakerphone.

The system displays the name, number, time, and date of incoming calls. If you subscribe to Call Waiting service, the phone will alert you to a second incoming call. Press FLASH kuchinja pakati pemafoni.

5.4. Digital Answering System
The base unit features a digital answering system with up to 14 minutes of recording time. You can listen to messages from the base unit or any cordless handset.
- Kubatidza/Kudzima: Press ANS ON/OFF pa base unit.
- To Play Messages: Press TAMBA/MIRA pa base unit.
- Remote Access: You can access your messages remotely by calling your home number and entering a remote access code.

5.5. Intercom
Use the intercom feature to communicate between handsets. Press INT on a handset, then dial the number of the desired handset.

5.6. Quiet Mode
Silence the ringer on the handset and base unit for a specified period. This is useful for uninterrupted sleep or meetings. Access Quiet Mode settings through the handset menu.

Store up to 50 names and numbers in the phonebook for quick dialing. Access the phonebook via the handset menu.

5.9. Wall Mount Option
The base unit can be mounted on a wall to save counter space. Use the included wall mount bracket and follow the instructions for secure installation.
