1. Setup

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the scale for any signs of damage during transit. If any damage is found, do not use the scale and contact your supplier immediately.

Place the scale on a stable, level, and vibration-free surface. Avoid locations with direct sunlight, extreme temperature fluctuations, or strong air currents (e.g., near air conditioning vents), as these can affect weighing accuracy.

The scale can be powered by the integrated battery or via the included 230 V plug-in power adapter. The integrated battery provides up to 70 hours of operation and features a charging function when connected to the power adapter.
- AC Operation: Connect the power adapter to the scale's power input and then to a suitable electrical outlet.
- Battery Operation: Ensure the integrated battery is sufficiently charged for portable use.
2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Simba On/Kudzima
- Kubatidza: Press the ON/OFF button. The display will show a self-test sequence and then settle at zero.

2.3 Tare Function (T)

- With nothing on the platform, if the display shows a small non-zero value, press the →0← (Zero) button to reset it to "0.000 kg".

- Add the remaining items to be counted. The display will show the total count.
2.6 Summing Function
The summing function allows you to accumulate the weights of multiple items or batches.
- Weigh the first item.
- Press the M+ (Memory Plus) or SUM button to add the weight to the total.
- Remove the item and place the next item to be weighed.
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for all items.
- To view the total sum, press the MR (Memory Recall) or TOTAL bhatani.
2.7 Checking Function
This function is used for checking if an item's weight falls within a predefined target range (checkweighing).
- Enter the target weight and tolerance limits (upper and lower bounds) into the scale's settings.
- Place an item on the platform.
- The scale will indicate if the item is "under," "over," or "within" the target range, often with visual or audible alerts.
2.8 Bata Basa
The hold function allows the displayed weight to be frozen on the screen, even after the item is removed from the platform. This is useful for weighing large or awkwardly shaped items that might obscure the display.

- Remove the item. The weight will remain displayed.
- Press the BATA button again to release the display and return to normal weighing mode.

- Always disconnect the scale from the power supply before cleaning.
- Wipe the weighing platform and housing with a soft, damp jira.
- Use mild cleaning agents if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface and internal components.
- Do not allow liquids to enter the scale's interior.
3.2 Kuchengeta Battery
The integrated battery is designed for long-term use. To maximize battery life:
