To set the time and date, locate the mode and adjustment buttons on the side of your watch. The exact button labels may vary, but typically involve 'MODE', 'SET', 'ADJUST', 'START/STOP', and 'LIGHT'.

Chronograph (Stopwatch)
The watch features a chronograph function for measuring elapsed time.
