Once the drivers are installed, you can connect the adapter to your computer.

  1. Locate an available USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 port on your computer. For optimal performance, use a USB 3.0 port.
  2. Carefully insert the EDUP wireless adapter into the USB port.
  3. The adapter's indicator light should illuminate, indicating it is powered on and functioning.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Connecting to a Wireless Network

After successful installation, you can connect to an available Wi-Fi network.

  1. On your computer, open the network settings or Wi-Fi icon in the system tray/notification area.
  2. A list of available wireless networks will appear. Select your desired network (SSID).
  3. Click "Connect" and enter the network's security key (password) if prompted.
  4. Once connected, the adapter's indicator light may change or blink to show network activity.

5.2. Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup)

WPS allows for a quick and secure connection to a wireless network without manually entering the password.

  1. Press the WPS button on your wireless router/access point.
  2. Within two minutes, press the WPS button on the EDUP wireless adapter. The button is located on the side of the adapter.
  3. The adapter and router will automatically establish a secure connection.

5.3. Soft AP Mode (Access Point)

The Soft AP feature allows the adapter to function as a wireless access point, sharing your computer's internet connection with other Wi-Fi enabled devices.
