  1. Load the Lancing Device:

  2. Select Puncture Site:

    Wash your hands with warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. Choose a clean, dry fingertip, preferably on the side, to minimize discomfort.

  3. Perform the Lancing:

    Place the lancing device firmly against the chosen puncture site. Press the release button to activate the lancet. The lancet will quickly prick your skin and retract.
