4. Installation Instructions

- Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol. This removes grime and dust, allowing the adhesive strip to bond effectively. Do not use household cleaners.
- Ensure the indoor temperature is between 15°F and 125°F (-9°C and 52°C).
- If the wall has been recently painted, wait seven days after painting before applying the Command Hook to allow the paint to cure.
4.2 Applying the Hook
- Separate the hook from its base.
- Remove the red liner from the adhesive strip and press the strip firmly onto the back of the hook's base.
- Remove the black liner from the adhesive strip.
- Press the hook firmly to the prepared wall surface for 30 seconds. Ensure the entire adhesive strip makes contact with the surface.
- Slide the hook back onto its base.
- Wait 1 hour before hanging any items on the hook. This allows the adhesive to reach maximum strength.
