1. Setup uye Kuiswa

Before operating the machine, remove all transit bolts located at the rear of the appliance. These bolts secure the drum during transportation and must be removed to prevent damage during operation. Keep the bolts for future transport if needed.

Place the machine on a firm, level surface. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the appliance until it is stable and does not rock. Proper leveling reduces vibration and noise during operation.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Kuisa mbatya
Open the door and load laundry into the drum. Do not overload the machine; ensure there is enough space for clothes to tumble freely. For optimal washing and drying, adhere to the maximum load capacities (10.5 kg for washing, 7 kg for drying).

2.2 Detergent and Softener Dispensing (Auto Dose)
The machine features an Auto Dose system. Fill the detergent and softener compartments in the dispenser drawer. The machine will automatically dispense the correct amount based on the load size and selected program. This system can store enough detergent for approximately one month of use.

2.3 Chirongwa Sarudzo
Turn the program selector dial to choose the desired wash or wash & dry program. Available programs include:
- Cotton: Zvekushandisa donje rinogara kwenguva refu.
- Synthetics: Yemachira ekugadzira kana akasanganiswa.
- Wool: For delicate woolens.
- Kugeza nekukurumidza: For lightly soiled items requiring a fast cycle.
- Allergy Care: For enhanced hygiene.
- Nyoresa For refreshing clothes without full washing.
- Kuomesa Zvirongwa: Various options for different fabric types and dryness levels.
2.4 Kutanga Kutenderera
After selecting the program and any desired options (temperature, spin speed, drying level), press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle.
2.5 Wi-Fi yekubatanidza
This appliance can be controlled via Wi-Fi using the Hisense ConnectLife app. Download the app, register your device, and follow the in-app instructions for remote control and monitoring.

Regularly remove and clean the detergent drawer to prevent residue buildup. Rinse it under running water and use a brush to remove any stubborn deposits.

3.3 Kuchenesa Sefa yePombi
Locate the pump filter at the bottom front of the machine. Open the cover, drain any residual water, and carefully unscrew the filter. Remove any lint, coins, or foreign objects, then clean and reinsert the filter securely.
3.4 Kucheneswa Kwekunze

4. Troubleshooting Guide
If you encounter issues with your appliance, refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting customer service.
