Your Orient automatic watch is powered by the movement of your wrist. If the watch has stopped, it can be started by either:
- Automatic Winding: Wear the watch for several hours. Normal daily activities will wind the mainspring.
- Hand-Winding: Unscrew the crown (if applicable) and turn it clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will provide enough power for the watch to start running.

- Unscrew the crown (if applicable) and pull it out to the second click position. The second hand will stop (hacking feature).
- Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands. To avoid confusion between AM/PM, advance the hands past 12 o'clock; if the date changes, it is midnight.
- Push the crown back in to the first click position.
- Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the day and date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can damage the movement.
- Once the day and date are set, pull the crown out to the second click position again and set the correct time.
- Push the crown back in to the normal position and screw it down tightly to ensure water resistance.
3. Kugadzirisa Bracelet
The stainless steel bracelet can be adjusted by removing or adding links. For precise fitting, the clasp features micro-adjustment holes. It is recommended to have a professional watchmaker adjust the bracelet to prevent damage.

Automatic Movement
Your watch features a Japanese-automatic movement, which means it is powered by the natural motion of your arm. When worn regularly, it will maintain its power reserve. If the watch is not worn for an extended period, it may stop and require manual winding or wearing to restart.
Unidirectional Inotenderera Bezel
The watch is equipped with a unidirectional rotating bezel, which turns only counter-clockwise. This feature is useful for timing events, such as dive times. To use, align the bezel's zero marker with the minute hand at the start of your activity. The minute hand will then indicate the elapsed time on the bezel scale.

This watch is water resistant to 200 meters (660 feet). This rating makes it suitable for professional marine activity and serious surface water sports. It is kwete suitable for saturation diving. Always ensure the crown is screwed down tightly before exposing the watch to water.

Maintenance
