  1. Unpack the appliance and all accessories. Remove all packaging materials.
  2. Wash the inner pot, steaming tray, glass lid, measuring cup, and rice spoon in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

  1. Measure the desired amount of rice using the provided measuring cup. One cup of raw rice typically yields about 2-3 cups of cooked rice. The maximum capacity is 625g of rice.

  4. Add the appropriate amount of water. A common ratio is 1:1.5 (1 cup rice to 1.5 cups water), but this may vary depending on the type of rice. Refer to rice packaging for specific recommendations.

  8. Press the COOK switch down. The COOK indicator light (red) will illuminate, indicating that cooking has started.
  9. Once the rice is cooked, the appliance will automatically switch to the WARM function, and the WARM indicator light (orange) will illuminate.
  10. Allow the rice to rest on WARM for 5-10 minutes before serving for best results.
  11. Unplug the appliance after serving.

  1. Add 1-2 cups of water to the inner pot. Do not add too much water, as it should not touch the steaming tray.
  2. Place the steaming tray into the inner pot.
  3. Arrange your food (vegetables, fish, dumplings, etc.) evenly in the steaming tray.
  4. Fukidza nechivharo chegirazi.
  5. Plug the detachable power cord into the appliance, then into a wall outlet. The WARM indicator light will illuminate.
  6. Press the COOK switch down. The COOK indicator light (red) will illuminate, and steaming will begin.
  7. Steam until food is cooked to your desired tenderness. Cooking times vary based on food type and quantity.
  8. Once steaming is complete, manually switch the appliance to WARM or unplug it.
  9. Carefully remove the lid, avoiding steam burns. Use oven mitts if necessary.

The BEPER 90.550 automatically switches to the WARM function once cooking is complete. The orange WARM indicator light will be illuminated. This function keeps your food at an optimal serving temperature without overcooking. Do not keep food on WARM for extended periods (more than a few hours) to maintain food quality and safety.
