Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. You will find three sections of the flexible LED light strip, a power adapter, and a controller box.
2. Connect Light Strip Sections: The light strip comes in three 24-inch sections. These sections can be connected together to form a longer strip. Each section has a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other. Ensure the pins align correctly when connecting. If you do not need the full length, you can use fewer sections or trim the strips at designated scissor marks.

Operating Instruction

Once your Sylvania Smart+ Flexible LED Light Strip is set up with Apple HomeKit, you can control it using various methods:

• Apple Home App: Use the Home app on your iPhone or iPad to turn lights on/off, change colors (over 16 million options), adjust brightness (dim 10-100%), and set white color temperature (2700K to 6500K).
• Kudzora Izwi reSiri: Control your lights hands-free by using Siri. Examples: "Hey Siri, turn on the Office Desk Light," "Hey Siri, set the kitchen lights to blue," or "Hey Siri, dim the living room lights to 50%."
• Automation uye Zviratidziro: Create custom scenes (e.g., "Movie Night" with dimmed, warm lights) and automations (e.g., lights turn on at sunset, change color for bedtime) within the Apple Home app. A Home Hub (HomePod, Apple TV, or iPad) is required for remote control, scheduling, and advanced automations.

Maintenance

• Adhesive: The light strip features 3M adhesive on the back for installation. For optimal adhesion, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth before application. If the adhesive weakens over time, additional mounting clips or stronger adhesive may be required.
