4. Setup

Choose a suitable location for the receiver unit, considering the desired range for your remote control and proximity to the circuits you wish to control. While the device is waterproof, mounting it in a sheltered location can extend its lifespan. Ensure the antenna has a clear line of sight for optimal signal reception.

This RWS-211 C/N Solo unit is a receiver. To operate it, you will need a compatible zaMel wireless remote control (transmitter), which is sold separately. The pairing procedure typically involves a sequence of button presses on the receiver unit and the remote control. Refer to the instruction manual provided with your specific zaMel remote control for detailed pairing instructions. Generally, a learning button or mode on the receiver is activated, followed by transmitting a signal from the remote control to establish the connection for each channel.

Once the RWS-211 C/N Solo receiver is installed and successfully paired with your zaMel wireless remote control, you can operate your connected circuits.

Each button on your remote control, once paired, will correspond to one of the four channels (K1, K2, K3, K4) on the receiver.
Pressing the corresponding button on the remote will toggle the state of the connected circuit (ON/OFF).
The LED indicators (K1, K2, K3, K4) on the receiver unit will illuminate when their respective channels are active (ON).
The "230V~" indicator light confirms that the unit is receiving power.

The effective operating range is up to 350 meters in open air. Obstacles such as walls, metal structures, and other electronic devices can reduce this range.
