The Quigg® LE 2017.17 Dehumidifier is designed to reduce humidity levels in your home, preventing mold, mildew, and musty odors. It features a 5.5-liter water tank and options for continuous drainage.

3. Setup

3.1 Kusunungura

Place the dehumidifier on a flat, stable surface in the area where humidity control is desired. Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of space around all sides of the unit for proper airflow.

  1. Tangi Yemvura: The dehumidifier will collect water in its internal 5.5L tank. When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate. You must then manually empty the tank.
  2. Continuous Drainage: For continuous operation without needing to empty the tank, connect a suitable drainage hose (not always included, check packaging) to the continuous drainage outlet at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage into a floor drain or larger container.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel

The control panel is located on the top of the unit and features various buttons and a digital display.

4.2 Kutanga Kushanda

  1. Batanidza dehumidifier.
  2. Press the Power button to turn the unit on. The display will show the current room humidity.
  3. Use the Humidity Setting buttons (+/-) to set your desired humidity level. A common comfortable range is between 40% and 60%.
  4. The unit will start operating and the compressor will engage if the room humidity is higher than the set level.

The timer function allows you to set a specific time for the unit to turn on or off automatically.

When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and an indicator light will illuminate. Ensure the tank is properly seated to resume operation.
