- Issue: TV or sound system turns on/off unexpectedly.
Solution: This is a classic symptom of unwanted CEC signals. Ensure the adapter is placed on the HDMI output of the device causing the interference, and kwete on the ARC/eARC port of your TV or soundbar. - Issue: Audio problems with soundbar (e.g., no sound, switching inputs).
Solution: Confirm that the CEC adapter is not connected to the HDMI ARC/eARC port on your TV or soundbar. The adapter is designed to block CEC from source devices, not to manage ARC/eARC communication. - Issue: Remote control commands are not working for a specific device.
